2002 chevy impala ls reliable??

i plan on buying this 2002 impala for 5800 and it has 105000 miles on it, it has the 3.8 v6 leather power everything new tires and only one owner is this a good deal? and do they last? and what is the lug pattern because i wanna get rims to? thanks
