Did you ever have the Holy Spirit asked you something after prayer,as a way of instructing you to reconsider?

God answers prayer in his way not ours. Just like a concerned parent he doesn't give you every thing you ask for just like you parents don't give you every thing you ask for. They know whats best for you the and so does God.
