Should Marijuana be legalized?

The money alone , that it would take out of the drug cartels hands, is reason enough to make it legal. It would make a good cash crop in America and its another taxable product. There are no REAL reasons for keeping it illegal. Gateway drug my a$$. If that's true then tobacco is the gateway to murder.
