I hate daddy longlegs<i know that sounds stupid but what shall i do?

it probobly sounds pathetic but im petrified of daddylonglegs i shivver when i see one and cant go anywhere near them.If there on me i literally stary crying and screaming there is loads at my school right now and i cant get away i can see peole getting annoyed with me but i cant help it.Ive never known anyone as bad as me how shall i overcome my fear?
