Ankle trouble Never healed right...please 10 points..?

Ok so I sprained my ankle like 3-4 months ago it was not the first time I sprained it.I sprained it twice.But the last one My Mam would not let me use crutches.She made me walk on it.I wanted to use them but she would not let me.The first one i was using 1 crutch so it was not as bad.For the one I'm on about all I had was a bandage. . i was relaxing...and this throbbing pain...I could barely walk out to get ice for it...It's after going like this twice this month...and I don't think my mam will take me to the doctors.....I have to go to the city Thursday for the dentist and supping after...will I have to use crutches....please help I will give 10 points.....I'm afraid to move it up to me as it hurts..ps I'm only 16
