Can I get into umcp with these grades?

you can never say for sure anymore. tons of people with spotless records get rejected from top schools. practically no one is "automatically in" at any college, but you have a chance. you have some great talent, and it really depends on what the college is looking for. i think that there is no way to know unless if you try. good luck with your college search!
