Fringe Season 6 Episode 10?

Any clue why Kirk Acevedo is in this episode? His first character was a good guy...yet murdered by those of the alternate reality. They replaced Kirk Acevedo with a duplicate yet he fought Olivia and had a dispute...but now...he is working with them as if NOTHING HAPPENED?!?!?! please explain!?!?!?!
