How do I file taxes that have a changed dependent status?

Last year, I had two jobs. The first job I claimed exemption and the taxes were taken out of my check. After realizing that I was technically still a dependent of my parents, the next job I did not claim exemption. Do I only pay taxes for the non-exempt job?
