Is heartbreak able to heal?

Im thirteen and fell in love with a guy named Chris. Although he nvr said he loved me too, i know he did, cuz he always hugged me and listened to me. He made me feel important, but he moved to Iowa and i havent talked to him since. Yet, i love him just the same, and am crying to have him in my life once more. How do i heal this?
