Like sehwag 's incident?

I am not clear with some of rules of cricket and i just wanna know like sehwag incident if the scores were level and instead of there was last men standing out and then if the bowler had bowl a no.ball and the last man had been stumped than what the rules will be it will be that the match has been drawn or the batting team has won the game ?
