Nasty bump on nose piercing..HELP!?

Okay, I've had my nose pierced for about 2 months now. About a month ago, i noticed the bump and it's so nasty! It's not squishy like some I read about, it's hard. And it looks like a wart or something. It's gross. And it's the HOLE itselt that is a bump. How do I get rid of this? I've been doing sea salt soaks for about a week, doesn't seem to be shrinking. Please help and PLEASE NO NEGATIVITY!! THANKS!
