Want to move out of state, but torn on where I should go?

I am 20 (almost 21) I have 2 daughters who are 2 and 4 months, and I currently live in Washington state. I HATE it here! I have ever since I moved here when I was 8. There are no jobs, prices of everything are rediculous! The governent sucks, state funding is being cut like crazy! The school are horrible, the people are super rude, and the weather is always so gloomy. My fiance and I want to move out of state, but we can't decide where too. I moved here from colorado, and I loved it there but I know it has changed alot since I lived there so I think I would be dissapointed going back. I keep going between Georgia, tennessee, wyoming, wisconsin, and texas. Im not too intersted in SC except that they are opening a boeing plant there and my fiance currently works at the one here so I thought job wise that might be an option. I really want the country feel. Im all about rodeo's and cowboys lol. I don't like big cities, and I want a more laid back life style. I have heard a lot of good about georgia (we were thinking acworth, and they seem to have low housing cost, but I also heard there is quite a bit of violance there and that if you are a white family that you should be prepared to be treated like the minority. Wyoming seems like it has nice small towns, but not many jobs, and I have heard mainly good about texas like they have a striving economy, but is it easy to find a job there where you won't get laid of instantly, and when you don't have a college education and tons of experience. I swear here jobs are so hard to find you have to have a degree to work at mcdonalds now. I don't want to live on the coast so no cali, florida, etc... (I don't wanna deal with hurricanes, or tsunami's, and I would like somewhere that does not have a lot of natural disasters. Oh and not to sound racist, but I would like caucasion people to be the main race. No offense but washington has made me not care for hispanic people much because the government is so willing to help them but not us. And I don't have a problem with black people as long as they dont have the im better than you, and I can do what I want and treat you like **** because my race was a slave bit. (sorry) I know im totally rambling but I would love opinions.
